Respite gives caregivers the opportunity to leave home for a chosen period of time with a piece of mind of knowing their loved ones are in capable hands. Respite care is a wonderful resource for family/primary caregivers to be relieved for just a few hours while running errands or 24 hours around the clock while leaving for vacation or for an event. By Dawn’s Early Light Home Care Services is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our clients and their families. We also strive in keeping family/primary caregivers physical and emotional well being a priority.
At By Dawn’s Early Light Home Care Services, we understand Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care and the emotional toll it has on our clients and their loved ones. We provide our caregivers training and education specific to Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. All caregivers employed on staff are experienced and knowledgeable working with memory compromised individuals. This will better ensure not only better care, but more support to loved ones.
By Dawn’s Early Light Home Care Services is taking a unique approach on how we’re helping our clients transition back home from hospitals, rehab facilities, and long term care facilities. We work hand in hand with all involved in the discharging process. We will meet with our client and their care team post discharge. This will insure that all questions are answered and our client and their loved ones are feeling as comfortable as possible with the transition back home.
We will perform a home safety evaluation and make recommendations if needed to ensure further safety of our clients upon returning home. All at no charge to our clients.
Here at By Dawn’s Early Light Home Care Services our ultimate goal when providing end of life care is to make our clients as comfortable as possible. If applicable, we work hand in hand with hospice organizations, primary care physicians, loved ones, and all others involved in the client’s plan of care. This will insure the best possible end of life experience for our clients and their loved ones.
By Dawn’s Early Light Home Transport Services now provides transportation services with a fleet of vehicles that can transport not only mobile but wheelchair dependent individuals as well. We transport to doctor’s appointments, shopping, running errands, social events, family functions, and etc safely and comfortably. Our transportation services are available between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. everyday. Yes, seven days per week.
